Designed for the passionate young artist, this class is for students
who wish to go beyond the basics and find the style and medium best
suited for their interests. As we review the elements and principles
of art your child will pursue art work aimed at enhancing their
creative abilities whether it be drawing, painting or sculpture.

Art (Ages 5-9) |
A chance for your budding Picasso to explore a variety of media and develop their creativity, while being introduced to the basic skills needed to form a foundation for future training in art. This class will be fun, yet structured and will cater to the different levels of development in young children.

Art (Ages 8-13) |
Investigate units in different media , from pencil to paint, clay, charcoal and more while building age appropriate skills and art principles.
Taking a selection of famous artists from widely differing times in history, we will study their work. Each artist will teach us a basic art concept which we will then explore. Eventually we will create our own masterpiece in the style of each artist.

Art (Ages 10 & Up) |
A structured class for the slightly older child teaching units in drawing, watercolor and three dimensional art. The students will see their skill level and confidence grow by sticking with one medium over several weeks and being taught how to explore what they can do. An exhibition of their favorite work will be mounted at the end of each unit.
